APDL informs that the tender for the ‘Constitution of a Surface Right for the Commercial Operation and Management of the South Zone of Pole 2 of the Logistics Platform of the Port of Leixões’ (PLPL) is now open.
The aim of the tender is to set up a surface right for the commercial exploitation and management of logistics activities in the South Zone of PLPL Pole 2, comprising an area of 121,500 m² in the Gatões-Guifões area.
Located close to the Port of Leixões, the Port of Leixões Logistics Platform consists of two logistics centres and has the advantage of being close to the main roads, namely the A4, A28 and A41. With direct access to the Port of Leixões via the VILPL - Via Interna de Ligação ao Porto de Leixões, the PLPL makes a decisive contribution to transforming the Metropolitan Area of Porto into a value-added platform at an Iberian level, with unique conditions for attracting and establishing logistics and distribution centres, which can anchor new traffic to the Port of Leixões and the surrounding communities and logistics chains.
Tenders must be submitted by 4pm on 4 September 2024, and all the information is available on the APDL website at www.apdl.pt, as well as the tender documents available for consultation at the Administration's head office.
