Next September 18th (Sunday) the Port of Leixões will open its doors to the entire community, celebrating another edition of the DAY OF THE PORT OF LEIXÕES.
The Port of Leixões Day program starts at 10am and ends at 7pm. There will be guided tours of the port area in tourist buses and on boats, visits to TITAN, guided and free visits to the Cruise Terminal, and several exhibitions. Several musical and artistic shows are scheduled, as well as entertainment for all ages. There will be a DJ accompanying a bar service on the Cruise Terminal terrace, and as in previous years, the APDL will award the prize for the best high school student in the Matosinhos municipality. CIIMAR (Interdisciplinary Center for Marine and Environmental Research), whose facilities are located inside the Cruise Terminal, will also be open. All these activities have free entrance and access is through the Cruise Terminal in Matosinhos.
