Porto de Leixões Race already has a date for the next edition

The Porto de Leixões Race, considered one of the most emblematic of Greater Porto, is coming

The 7th edition of the event takes place on the 11th of September and has a scheduled departure and arrival date next to the Leixões Cruise Terminal building, in Matosinhos.

“As in previous years, participants, whether professionals or amateurs, will be able to choose to challenge their resistance within a unique space”, full of “cargo, containers and ships”, advances Eventsport, promoter of the event, in partnership with the APDL.

Interested parties will be able to choose between two distances, the 10 kilometer one, which must be done while running, and the 5 kilometer one, a “non-competitive” walk.

According to the organization, an “event full of surprises” is expected, in addition to “1300 euros in prize money”.

Additionally, the Porto de Leixões Race will also feature individual prizes for the top three in each category, and for the three best teams as well as the largest participating team.

Registration for the race is already underway and, until the end of the month, has a price of 12 euros, for the race, and seven, for the race.
