The residents of Leça da Palmeira and Perafita complain about the noise, especially at night, and the danger posed by car stunts on public roads. Almost daily there are cars doing spinning and accelerating on Avenida da Liberdade as well as in the adjacent parking lot (Petrogal area) where accidents have already been registered.
Although ramps have been placed to slow the problem, these have not had the desired effect.
The GNR has already been called to the site several times.
