The first snowfall of the season has just fallen in Serra da Estrela, as the weather forecasts indicated.
The images of Serra da Estrela, captured this Friday, January 18, were shared on Twitter by the group Meteo Trás-os-Montes. In the video you can see the highest point of mainland Portugal covered with a white mantle, able to delight those who pass by there.
In addition to snow, according to Meteo Trás-os-Montes, strong wind is also felt in Serra da Estrela.
