Vila Galé Porto Hotel opens Massa Fina pizzeria and bets on jazz evenings

The Vila Galé Porto hotel, in Porto, has opened a new pizzeria with esplanade, Massa Fina, and has renovated the Soul & Blues bar, which now has jazz evenings on Friday nights



With a relaxed and informal concept, the pizzeria Massa Fina offers artisan pizzas, highlighting the Massa Fina (tomato sauce, bacon, caramelized onion, mozzarella, oregano), the Inevitable (tomato sauce, spicy salami, olives, mozzarella cheese, oregano), the Vinica (tomato sauce, bolognese, peppers, Santa Vitória wine reduction, mozzarella, oregano) or the Calzone Sensação (tomato sauce, spicy salami, ham, egg, mozzarella, oregano). There are also vegetarian options such as the 4 Cheese Pizza or the Fresca (tomato sauce, cherry tomato, buffalo mozzarella, oregano).

The menu also includes crostinis, focaccias, bruschettas, carpaccios, salads, pastas, risottos and desserts such as chocolate and banana pizza, white chocolate panna cotta with mango couli, tiramisu or bowls of various ice cream flavours.

The Massa Fina do Porto restaurant, located at Avenida Fernão de Magalhães, 7, is open every day, from 12:30 to 14:30 and from 19:00 to 22:30, with a terrace and take away service. With 54 seats, the space is prepared to receive group lunches and dinners, and reservations should be made through the telephone number 225191888.

This is the sixth space of the brand owned by the Vila Galé group in Portugal, which is already present in Estoril, Praia da Galé, Lagos, Armação de Pêra and Vilamoura.

The renovated Soul & Blues bar is another novelty at the Vila Galé Porto hotel. With an intimate atmosphere and decoration inspired by these musical styles, it offers jazz sessions with musicians from the Oporto Jazz School, every Friday, between 9pm and 11.30pm. The space is open to the general public and admission is free.
