Season 2022/23 resumes in October with new activities
The Junta de Freguesia of Matosinhos and Leça da Palmeira informs that, as of the month of October, the classes/activities of "Senior Living" will be resumed.
This program, which aims to promote quality of life among the senior population, includes a wide range of activities for citizens over 65 years, registered in this Union of Parishes.
As part of the exponential growth of the program, the 2022/2023 Senior Living season will include new classes, namely Plastic Expression, Modeling and Bio Dance. In addition to these, there are complementary activities such as the Heritage Club, the Sewing Atelier, and Senior Citizen Walks, which can be attended by anyone interested.
