A craftsman from Barcelos is building a chair for Pope Francis
Carlos Moreira wants the Holy Father to use it during the World Youth Days and then take it with him to the Vatican.
The idea came from the craftsman who then took the initiative to make it known to the priests of the Region. After receiving the green light, he set to work to have the chair ready in time for World Youth Day.
For the time being, the design remains a secret of the gods. The chair is due to go on stage at the World Youth Days between 1 and 6 August in Lisbon.
