Bread prices are expected to rise in 2023

The price of bread is expected to rise again next year

An increase due to rising costs of raw materials and energy, but also impacted by the update of the national minimum wage, says the ACIP - Association of Trade and Industry Bakery.

This entity also disclosed that between January and October this year there was a growth in the consumption of bread and pastries in Portugal, driven by tourism.
