The fuels will register opposite directions as far as prices are concerned as of today: "The evolution of quotations in euros points to a price appreciation of 2 cents per liter for gasoline 95 while the liter of diesel should retreat one cent", indicated a source from one of the main national oil companies
Prices at service stations next to hypermarkets will follow the market trend, with a "rise of 0.0197 euros in gasoline 95. The diesel follows a contrary trend, with a decrease of 0.0094 euros," said another source.
Thus, from Monday, filling up a tank with 60 liters of gasoline will cost 1.2 euros more. But the bill for filling up a tank of diesel will be 0.6 euros cheaper.
The last few weeks have been a decline in fuel prices, with gasoline and diesel already being sold at pre-Ukraine war values.
