The Criminal Investigation Center (NIC) of the Matosinhos GNR arrested a 26-year-old man in Póvoa de Varzim for theft at a gas station in this county
The arrest took place on March 12, and the GNR identified this individual as the presumed author of another theft using a knife at a gas station, which occurred in October 2022, in the municipality of Maia.
In this case, the suspect stole a cell phone and tobacco. During the investigative action by GNR, an arrest warrant was served.
The detainee has a criminal record so, after presentation, on day 13, to the Court of Criminal Instruction (TIC) of Matosinhos, was applied to him the measure of coercion of daily presentations in the police station of the area of residence.
