Another Health Week activity took place on the morning of 5 May at the Centro Social de Leça do Balio. It was a lively music therapy class. Music therapy is a practice that uses music and/or its elements (sound, rhythm, melody and harmony) as a process to promote communication, relationships, learning and mobilisation in order to respond to the physical, emotional and social needs of the participants.
