Mrs. Maria Ana Carvalho (Nutritionist of Senhora da Hora's Health Care Centre) and Mrs. Joana Algarinho (Nutrition trainee of FCNAUP) were in the morning of May 4 in the Administrative Building of Guifões' Parish Council and introduced the food wheel to the children of the 5 years old classrooms of Guifões' Social and Development Association and Guifões' Cultural and Social Solidarity Centre. In a very fun and practical way, the little ones were able to learn about the importance of a balanced diet for our health and the dangers that some foods pose to our body.
