Two decades after its foundation, Lionesa Business Hub is today the largest and most dynamic industry 4.0 business hub in Portugal, hosting more than 120 companies and a community of 47 nationalities, with more than 7000 members. The new 5-hectare Garden, designed by Architect Siza Vieira and Landscape Architect Sidónio Pardal, which will link Lionesa BH to the Monastery of Leça do Balio, adds a new sense of heritage and a new cultural mission to a new Lionesa BH, reaching 110,000 square meters of offices, co-living, gym and retail. In the turn of the decade, Lionesa BH presents a new image and the short and medium term projects that have as a basic assumption of its mission to contribute to Happiness in the Workspace, which will be monitored. The “measurement of happiness” of the community is one of the novelties to be presented along with the changes in the space that aim, above all, to contribute to the well-being of the 7000 employees, to attract and retain talent.
