On July 6th from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm in Praça da Cidadania
In a partnership with the Associação Protetora dos Diabéticos de Portugal (APDP), MatosinhosHabit promotes the initiative “Living with Diabetes”, within the scope of the National Program for Healthy Neighborhoods.
This project focuses on preventing diabetes and aims to improve the health, well-being and quality of life of the residents of the Caixa Têxtil, Estação and Laranjeiras housing projects. The Diabetes Screening action will take place on July 6 between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm, at Praça da Cidadania (next to the Parish Council of São Mamede Infesta).
The initiative, in addition to allowing access to an early diagnosis of diabetes, raises awareness and informs citizens for greater care, thus preventing its onset and evolution.
