Initiative gives free access to training and mentoring to all women who want to take a new step in their career
Multipessoal launches the initiative "Ela por Ela" (She for Her), with the goal of contributing to a more equal and inclusive labour market. The action, which marks the Women's month, counts on the support of a team of specialized consultants of the Portuguese Human Resources company to, through a set of free online workshops, give access to tools and tips that allow the participants to develop their professional career.
Besides the workshops, the participants will also have the opportunity to win one of the 8 individual personalised career management sessions raffled by Multipessoal.
"At Multipessoal, we recognise the challenges that many women encounter throughout their lives, particularly with regard to employment. We want to contribute with our experience and knowledge to promote the access to useful resources, allowing them to stand out and get closer to achieving their professional goals", explains Rute Belo, National Senior Manager at Multipessoal.
The "Her for Her" initiative is aimed at all women who wish to take a new step in their career, make a change of direction in their professional path or are looking for a new job opportunity. Participation is free and can be ensured by registering here until March 20.
The participants will have access to a set of free sessions, also led by Multipessoal's women, which will take place on March 23rd and 24th. These will focus on topics such as personal brand development, LinkedIn profile optimization, preparation for job interviews and negotiation of professional proposals.
