“Musical Fridays” return to The CookBook do NorteShopping

In July and August, The CookBook will once again receive special entertainment with a live music schedule

The “Musical Fridays”, the event that takes place at The CookBook, the innovative and trendy food court in NorteShopping, are back for a second edition. Between the 8th of July and the 19th of August, several artists will make this space their stage and enliven all visitors, regardless of age.

The musical schedule starts tomorrow, July 8, at 6:30 pm, with Duo Avelã. The following week, on the 15th, it is João Tinoco's turn, at 8 pm, whose performance will include Portuguese sign language. The month of July will also feature Cravo & Canela Music (22nd) and the group Pop Up Vozes Portáteis (29th), at the same time.

In August, there are three artists confirmed to liven up the evenings of those who are on The CookBook: Marcela Freitas (the 5th), Cravo & Canela Music (the 12th) and Bianca Barros (the 19th). All start at 20:00. The program is the result of the Open Call, the cultural call for shopping centers managed by Sonae Sierra, launched in April, which aims to reinforce the leisure component and experience within these spaces, of which NorteShopping is a part.

The free entry event, which takes place every Friday, encouraging visitors to relax after another week of work, promises moments of live music always in the company of good food, as the innovative food court at NorteShopping has restaurants such as Lao Bao, Natural Crave, Zenith, Bowls, Tomatino, the newcomer Poke House, among others.

In addition, visitors can have the innovative experience of being served at the table by a robot, the Garçon@CookBook, which has been available since last December in six The CookBook's restaurants: A mar, Ofor do Leitão do Zé, RT Focaccias by Rectory, Cursed, DaTerra and Noori. This project is a pioneer at European level and represents the first multi-restaurant dining area in the country with exclusive and robotic table service, and NorteShopping is also the first shopping center in Portugal with a robot to serve tables.
