Nouriel Roubini, Dan Ariely, Amy Edmondson and Shirley Ze Yu are among the highlights of the 19th edition.

The QSP Summit returns to Porto and Matosinhos between 30 June and 2 July 2026 at a time when artificial intelligence, geopolitical instability and pressure on economic models are redefining the way companies and leaders make decisions. Under the theme “Leading the Future Economy”, the 19th edition of the event is expected to bring together over 3,500 participants and more than 100 national and international speakers.
Regarded as one of Europe’s leading events in the fields of management, leadership and innovation, the QSP Summit brings together business leaders, academics, decision-makers and international experts annually to discuss the strategic challenges shaping the transformation of businesses, markets and society.
Against a backdrop of accelerating technological change, profound shifts in the world of work and growing pressure on competitiveness, productivity and talent, the 2026 edition invites reflection on how organisations and leaders can respond to an environment of high complexity and constant transformation.
The official presentation of the programme took place yesterday, 20 May, at the Serralves Foundation Library in Porto, at a meeting attended by representatives from the business, institutional and cultural sectors. The session featured speeches by Manuel Ferreira da Silva, President of the Serralves Foundation, and Luís Pedro Martins, President of Turismo do Porto e Norte de Portugal.
The launch also included the debate “The Impact of Culture on the Economy”, featuring the writer Carlos Tê and the fado singer Gisela João and Rui Amorim de Sousa, director of Cerealis.
The opening ceremony of the QSP Summit will take place on 30 June at the Palácio da Bolsa in Porto, with economist Nouriel Roubini, Chairman & CEO of Roubini Macro Associates—internationally renowned for predicting the 2008 financial crisis—as the keynote speaker.
In his talk, “Outlook for the US and Global Economy in 2026 and Beyond”, Roubini will analyse the geopolitical and economic risks shaping the global economy, the impact of artificial intelligence on growth and productivity models, and the strategic challenges facing Europe against a backdrop of increasing global fragmentation.
The opening session also includes a discussion with Pedro Reis, former Minister of Economy and Vice-Chairman of the Strategic Council at Cimpor, and Jorge Portugal, Director-General of COTEC Portugal.
On 1 and 2 July, the event continues at Exponor in Matosinhos, with a programme spread across seven thematic stages dedicated to artificial intelligence, leadership, innovation, strategy, creativity, human behaviour and economic transformation.
