Next Sunday, December 18, the Vale do Leça trails will host a charity trail run, which will donate the total amount of the entries to a social institution
This is the Xmas Trail, an initiative that is now in its 10th edition.
"The Xmas Trail is currently the trail's Christmas party, where the classification matters less. This race is not competitive and has a strong solidary component", says the organisation's page, which mentions that, unlike the last editions, this year participants can choose to register for 3, 6 or 9 euros.
The initiative includes a 10 km walk and trail, through the areas of Guifões, Leça River, Lomba and Ponte do Carro. The departure is scheduled for 10h00.
Note that the value of each registration will be entirely donated to the institution Ajuda Fraterna de São Martinho de Guifões.
