These applications will be open until March 10, 2023 and aim to involve civil society entities in the national goal of decreasing the digital info-exclusion of the adult population living in Portugal, contributing to the inclusion and reduction of their social isolation.

  • Student Associations;

  • Parents' Associations;

  • Sports Clubs (associations);

  • Other private non-profit entities.

Simultaneously, there will also be open applications for young volunteers, aged between 16 and 30, who wish to develop these actions, under the project

EU SOU DIGITAL project, which will benefit adults living in Portugal who wish to obtain basic training in Internet access.

Applications for both actions are made through IPDJ's program platform with access at www.programasjuventude.ipdj.gov.pt
