Lionesa Business Hub is internationally recognised for its commitment to health and wellbeing

It is the first business centre in the port to receive this award. WELL Community Pre-Certification recognises communities that promote people’s health, wellbeing and quality of life.

The Lionesa Business Hub has achieved a historic international accolade through WELL Community Pre-Certification, awarded by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).

This distinction takes into account various aspects of the community experience, including air and water quality, mobility, green spaces, food, inclusion, accessibility, safety, culture and social interaction.

In addition to the location and characteristics of the buildings, people’s experiences and the quality of working environments are becoming increasingly important in defining business spaces. It is on the basis of these factors that the IWBI assesses community-wide factors and considers how a community is conceived, developed and experienced.
