Belgians invest 12 million euros in flats in Matosinhos

Docks Matosinhos will be built on Avenida Eng. Duarte Pacheco and will have five floors and 31 one and two bedroom flats, with prices ranging from 265,000 to 450,000 euros.

Belgian developers Thomas & Piron are going to build 31 flats in Matosinhos, on Avenida Eng. Duarte Pacheco, representing an investment of 12 million euros.

Docks Matosinhos will be a five-storey building with 31 one and two bedroom flats, ranging from 53 to 114 square metres, all with balconies and underground parking.

Thomas & Piron points out that "all the flats have been designed with open-plan living rooms with kitchens and large windows, maximising space and natural light to provide greater comfort and well-being".

Construction will begin under the responsibility of Portuguese builder Gabriel Couto and is expected to start this year, with completion scheduled for early 2026.

For David Carreira, country manager of Thomas & Piron Portugal, "Docks Matosinhos is the ideal development for young people and investors, offering a contemporary and functional lifestyle, adapted to the needs of professionals and small families".

Thomas & Piron currently has four residential projects underway in the Lisbon and Porto metropolitan areas: Clarissas (Loures), Docks Matosinhos (Matosinhos), Gaia Hills (Vila Nova de Gaia) and the Conde Lima project (Lisbon), which has already been completed.
