Brito Capelo 1023: Luxury Condominium to Open in 2028

‘Brito Capelo 1023’, a private residential development in the heart of Matosinhos, is set to be built on Rua Brito Capelo.

The development will be located, more precisely, at the junction with Avenida Menéres. There will be a total of 75 apartments spread over four floors, comprising one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units.

Prices start at €290,000, with flats on Avenida Menéres starting at €320,000 and those on Rua Brito Capelo starting at €340,000.

According to the Prestige Realty website, 56 flats have already been sold and 6 are reserved.

The development will also feature two internal courtyards, two car park levels with 152 parking spaces, individual storage rooms and direct access to the residential areas, a residents’ lounge, a reception area and a shop.

The development is expected to be completed in 2028.
