Chocolate Festival returns at the end of the month

From March 31st to April 16th, come and try the most varied chocolate delicacies in Matosinhos, in front of PSP

From March 31st to April 16th, the Chocolate Festival is back to Matosinhos, after two years of interregnum due to the pandemic.

Chocolate lovers will have at their disposal more than 25 exhibitors with the most diverse delicacies in which chocolate is king. From chocolates to bonbons, chocolate bars to brigadeiros, not forgetting the hot chocolate that tastes so good on colder days, there will be options for all tastes.

The two sweetest weeks in Matosinhos will, this time, coincide with the Easter season, so there will be no shortage of traditional chocolate eggs and almonds of various flavors and shapes.

The Chocolate Festival will take place in an air-conditioned tent located on Rua Alfredo Cunha, in front of the PSP of Matosinhos, and near the Town Hall, thus ensuring all the necessary conditions for visitors and exhibitors to have the best experience possible.

Organized by the Matosinhos City Hall in partnership with ANDARTE - National Association for the Development of Handicrafts, the event also promises a lot of entertainment with workshops and showcookings.

The Chocolate Festival can be visited from Monday to Thursday from 12 noon to 11 pm, Fridays from 12 noon to midnight, Saturdays from 11 am to midnight, and Sundays from 11 am to 11 pm.

Admission is free.
