The 31 residential units were sold in the space of 8 months, for an investment of over 12 million euros. Prices range from 249,000 to 350,000 euros and around 23 per cent of the buyers are foreigners.

All 31 properties in the Docks Matosinhos development have been sold, eight months before completion, announced Thomas & Piron, a company specialising in property development and construction, following the conclusion of the marketing phase.
The 31 properties were acquired over a record period of eight months, with only the services portion remaining - an area of 1,650 m², planned to house a coworking space. With an investment of more than 12 million euros, construction of the development is proceeding according to plan and is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2026.
Docks Matosinhos has five floors, with 31 flats, distributed between 17 T2 and 14 T1, ranging from 53 m² to 114 m². With a loft concept and large surfaces, all the flats have been designed with open-plan living rooms, integrated kitchens, balconies and large windows, maximising space and natural light to provide greater comfort and well-being. All the residential units have private underground car parking. The majority of buyers are investors, but there are also some families who choose to buy these properties. Of the 31 flats, 24 were bought by domestic clients and the remaining seven units were bought by foreigners, with Polish nationals being the most represented. Sales prices ranged from €249,300 to €305,000 for one-bedroom flats and from €315,000 to €450,000 for two-bedroom flats.
Docks Matosinhos is currently finalising the peripheral containment and beginning the general isolation, while the reinforced concrete structure is also under construction. The project is progressing as planned and has a completion date of the third quarter of 2026.
‘We are extremely pleased with the success of Docks Matosinhos. The full sale of the development demonstrates the buyers' confidence in the quality of our project and the potential of the region. Demand for housing in the area has been increasing, which makes us confident that this development will appreciate in a growing property market in Matosinhos,’ says David Carreira, Country Manager for Thomas & Piron in Portugal.
