As part of the "Healthy Living Week", a Tai-chi class was held on Wednesday, 3 May, offered by the Leça do Balio Social Centre. This activity took place outdoors, open to the general population. In this activity, the elderly from the Day Care Centre and the Home, practiced physical exercise together, in order to promote health and well-being. The activity was also broadcast live on ZOOM, through the link published on Facebook.
