Hospital winter plan presented this Wednesday

It will be created a green route to health centres from emergency rooms and teams that will coordinate hospital vacancies, to avoid admissions in these services.

These are measures in the Winter Plan of hospitals, presented on Wednesday, which also provides for reinforcement of the SNS24 line and extended opening hours in primary health care.
