Intervention in Matosinhos Roundabout

Completion of the work during this week

In early February, the work to upgrade the sidewalk of the existing traffic circle at the confluence of Avenida Serpa Pinto and Avenida Eng. Duarte Pacheco, in Matosinhos, should be completed.

The intervention that the municipality is implementing consists in the replacement of bituminous sidewalk by cube and is part of the Municipal Strategy for Rehabilitation and Conservation of Streets, in the areas of conservation and improvement of public space, thus ensuring the commitment to the permanent strengthening of the quality and safety of roads.

For the execution of this work, traffic will be diverted from Avenida Eng. Duarte Pacheco to Rua Roberto Ivens. At the Passos Manuel traffic circle, traffic will continue along Avenida da República (towards the beach), turning onto Rua Heróis de França and returning to Avenida Eng.
