Leixões is investing €600,000 in new signings for next season

Estádio do Mar is set to feature a major new addition for the coming season. Leixões SC took to social media to announce the installation of a new pitch at their home ground, preparing the venue for the challenges of the upcoming season.

The last time the turf was replaced was 24 years ago, in 2002, when Leixões qualified for the UEFA Cup (now the Europa League).

According to Record, the investment amounts to €600,000. In addition to the installation of a new pitch, more extensive work will be carried out to improve the drainage system.
