LTPlabs launches programme to recruit 30 employees by the end of October

Located in Senhora da Hora, LTPlabs, Portugal's largest management consultancy using Artificial Intelligence, has 30 vacancies available. 

LTPlabs — Portugal's largest management consultancy using Artificial Intelligence (AI) — has launched the first edition of SHAPERS, a talent recruitment programme aimed at people with an excellent academic background who not only want to take their first steps in applying AI to business, but also build a solid, distinctive and lasting career in a top company.

To apply for the first edition of SHAPERS, there are two basic requirements: an exceptional academic background and specialists with a multidisciplinary outlook. Second-year master's students and early-career professionals who want to invest in a career that combines AI with management are the target audience for this initiative.

Applications for the 30 available positions are valid for various roles: Business Analyst, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Software Engineer, ML Engineer, among others. The areas of study cover courses in Engineering, Data Science, Management, Mathematics or related subjects.

In just four months, the northern Portuguese company will invest €500,000 in SHAPERS, with more editions of the initiative planned for next year.

In terms of global recruitment, LTPlabs expects to end 2026 with 100 more employees than the current 116.

It should be noted that LTPlabs is a consultancy firm that uses Artificial Intelligence — Analytical and Generative — both to support its recommendations and in the solutions presented to its more than 50 clients (in Portugal, almost all of the PSI20 listed companies), such as:Worten, Sonae MC, Galp, BPI, Unilever, among others.
