On the past 7th of October a cooperation protocol was signed between the Parish Council of Matosinhos and Leça da Palmeira in the person of its President and the representatives of the coordination of the national network of Time Bank, for the creation of a Time Bank branch in this city.
This is a bank that does not move money; its monetary unit is Time and Time is equal for all!
Its objective is to combat loneliness while inviting social inclusion. Its basis is the exchange of tastes and skills at the service of others with only one obligation: to give and to receive;
It is a project of all people for all people!
