Metro do Porto will reinforce the transport for the Lord of Matosinhos festivities, which will take place between May 19th and June 11th
On 27 May, the date of the fireworks, the Blue Line will be reinforced, always in double vehicles, from noon, with passages every 15 minutes, in each direction. After 4pm and until 1am on the 28th, the frequency will increase to 10 minutes, also in both directions.
Besides this, the operation will extend until 2 o'clock in the morning, in the last hour with a frequency of 15 minutes.
Note also for two extra trips on the Green (direction ISMAI) and Red (direction Póvoa de Varzim) lines, with departures from Senhora da Hora station at 01.25 am and 01.28 am, respectively.
On 28 May, the day of the procession, the Blue Line will be reinforced from midday, with departures at a frequency of 15 minutes. Between 4pm and 9pm, the circulation will be every 10 minutes.
Previously, on the weekend of 20 and 21 May, from midday, the Blue Line will have departures every 15 minutes, in both directions and in double units. On Friday, May 26, the reinforcement will start at 8 pm.
