Through the WE WANT YOU programme, Natixis in Portugal is launching the fifth edition of its trainee programme, with around 200 opportunities for paid internships at its Centre of Excellence in Porto, on a hybrid basis.
Natixis' annual trainee recruitment programme is aimed at recent graduates with a background in Engineering and Information Technology, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, International Relations, Law, among others. In this year's edition, the programme continues to serve as an entry point into various areas, such as software development, computer systems administration, cybersecurity, risk management in the context of Capital Markets and commercial law in the context of Banking and Finance.
This recruitment programme is aimed at recent graduates with knowledge of English and French, and no professional experience in the areas previously identified is required. The application process will be available between July and December 2024 and those interested can submit their application via the dedicated website.
Between September and December this year, the Tech & Banking Skills Accelerator programmes will be held, offering around 100 recent graduates a unique experience of growth and learning. This initiative aims to prepare candidates and facilitate their learning curve before they start their internship.
