APDL will be one of those present at Breakbulk Europe 2024, which will take place at the Rotterdam Ahoy in Rotterdam from 21 to 23 May. For the first time, APP, the Portuguese Ports Association, and the main Portuguese ports are joining forces to attend the ceremony.
The joint participation of APP and the Portuguese Ports will highlight Portugal's strategic importance, consolidating its position as a global logistics hub.
The Ports of Viana do Castelo, Leixões, Aveiro, Figueira da Foz, Lisbon, Setúbal and Sines will be promoting Portugal's logistical excellence and exploring new business opportunities in a highly competitive international environment aimed at strengthening networks, attracting investment and boosting the competitiveness of the Portuguese economy.
As such, APP has the participation and institutional support of APAT - Association of Freight Forwarders of Portugal, AGEPOR - Association of Shipping Agents of Portugal, the Port Communities of Viana do Castelo, Leixões, Aveiro, Figueira da Foz, Lisbon, Setúbal and Sines, and with the participation of GRUPO ETE, MIND 4 Logistics, Grupo NOGAR Logística, IBERO LINHAS Transportes, ZALDESA, YILPORT, Alkion, Foztráfego, GALP, Operfoz and Prio, which contribute to further enriching the presence of Portuguese ports at this outstanding event.
On 22 May at 12 noon, a ‘Ports of Portugal Networking’ event will take place at the APP stand with the support of AICEP Portugal Global - Portugal's Agency for Investment and Foreign Trade - which will provide a unique opportunity to establish valuable connections and explore business opportunities.
Breakbulk Europe is one of the largest logistics, freight transport and international trade events, bringing together professionals from more than 120 countries, making it an excellent opportunity to promote Portuguese ports and their potential, creating synergies between partners and highlighting the commitment of Portuguese ports to sustainability, efficiency and innovation.
