PwC opens new office in Matosinhos

The consultancy firm has had 230 employees in Matosinhos since 2024.

Following the opening of PwC on Avenida Comendador Ferreira de Matos in October 2024, the consultancy firm has opened a new space, this time in the Menéres 612 building.

The building is the result of the renovation of a former canning factory with 3,450 m² spread over two floors and capacity for more than 400 workstations. The project preserves several original features of the building, combining them with contemporary finishes.

‘The project preserves many of the building's original features, which are combined with contemporary finishes, giving the space a unique personality,’ said real estate developer Cushman & Wakefield, which advised on the lease.

PwC has been in Portugal for over 60 years, with more than 70 partners and 2,900 employees spread across offices in various parts of the country. In Matosinhos, it already had 230 employees. Most of the professionals have degrees in business management, finance, economics, accounting, law, engineering or social sciences.
