The Regional Health Administration of the North (ARS-Norte) clarified that the replacement of a server, this Thursday, January 12, put an end to the constraints that occurred since 08:00 am, in health centers in the region. The technical problem was thus "overcome"
In a statement, this entity states that the equipment that broke down in the morning was replaced.
The cause was a technical failure in a server that ensures the computer system of the health centers in the North.
The Lusa agency received reports of constraints in accessing the history of patients, as well as the impossibility of registration or request for diagnostic tests.
The reports referred to problems in health centers in Porto, Maia, Matosinhos, Valongo, Gondomar, Amarante, Póvoa de Varzim (Porto district), Vila Nova de Famalicão (Braga district), among others.
