Routes on lines 200 and 203 will be extended to the Anémona roundabout from Saturday. Lines 205 and 906 will be reinforced at weekends as part of the ‘summer/school holidays’ timetable.
As of this Saturday, STCP will start the ‘summer/school holidays’ timetable, with the reinforcement of several lines in order to increase the number of routes to the beaches of Matosinhos and Gaia.
The company said in a statement that lines travelling close to educational establishments ‘at peak times will have a lower frequency’, emphasising that ‘some of the lines travelling along the seafront will be reinforced, thus facilitating access to the beaches of Porto, Matosinhos and Vila Nova de Gaia.’
Lines 200, between Bolhão and Castelo do Queijo, and 203, between Marquês and Castelo do Queijo, will have their lines extended to the Rotunda da Anémona, in Matosinhos, facilitating access to the beach.
At the weekend, lines 205, between Campanhã and Castelo do Queijo, and 906, between Trindade and Madalena, will also be reinforced.
In the municipality of Gaia, the ZF line between Valadares and Francelos will have a service.
