Sustainable Leadership in Organisations and the Perspectives at the QSP SUMMIT 2023

QSP SUMMIT, the leading European event on Management and Marketing, returns to Porto and Matosinhos from 27 to 29 June

The 16th edition, which will take place at Exponor, Matosinhos, under the theme "Shaping the Future Leadership", will debate how leaders can anticipate and adapt to changes in an increasingly digital world. Marian Salzman, Helen Edwards and Elizabeth van Geerestein will be present on the main stage, discussing leadership and adaptation for a sustainable future.

QSP SUMMIT 2023 reveals a new addition to the event programme: Marian Salzman, global vice president of communications for Philip Morris International, also recognised as a global leader, 'trendspotter' and communications expert, will present the megatrends that will influence the way we live, work, think and connect in the coming decades.

Marian Salzman has been dedicated to helping companies and brands anticipate the future and find their "sweet spot". The American is one of the world's most awarded and recognised marketing and communications executives.

At the summit, two other women will take to the event's main stage - Helen Edwards (writer, consultant and adjunct professor of Marketing at London Business School) and Elizabeth van Geerestein (partner at Papillon & Partners and vice-president of the Leadership Pipeline Institute) -, both with sessions focused on the performance and sustainable growth of organisations, through change-oriented leadership and attentive to consumer behaviours and trajectories.

Marian Salzman, Helen Edwards and Elizabeth van Geerestein thus join other strong names already previously confirmed, such as Gary Hamel, John Bercow, David Shing and Frederik Pferdt.

Taking place from 27 to 29 June, in Porto and Matosinhos, QSP SUMMIT 2023 will foster new perspectives and knowledge about the future of leadership, as well as provide tools for current and future leaders to anticipate and adapt their organizations to market challenges and changes, both internally and externally.

In this 16th edition, the event's organisation expects to welcome more than 3,000 participants, who will have the opportunity to listen to more than 60 speakers. The exhibition area will feature the presence of more than 120 brands, committed to activating and providing enriching experiences for event participants.
