Yoga at the Guifões Municipal Pavilion

Within the scope of Health Week 2023, the Association of Family Members, Users and Friends of the Magalhães Lemos Hospital held a yoga class open to the population on the morning of Tuesday, May 2, at the Municipal Pavilion of Guifões.
The practice of Yoga has as its main objective to work the body and mind in an interconnected way, with exercises that help to control stress, anxiety, body and back pain, as well as improving balance and promoting a feeling of global well-being.
