The requalification works at the Guarda Housing Complex, in Perafita, in the municipality of Matosinhos, continue at a good pace and are expected to be completed later this year
This intervention is being carried out in 2 phases, which translates into an investment of more than one million euros.
As part of the recovery policy of the various housing projects in the municipality, the project follows the completion of the rehabilitation project of a first batch of six dwellings in this housing estate, which covers 24 people and involves an investment of 256 thousand euros. This rehabilitation aims to improve the energy of the dwellings and the reorganization of outdoor spaces.
The Administrator of MatosinhosHabit, Helena Vaz, visited the ongoing project in Perafita: “We are refurbishing close to 30% of our homes throughout the Housing Park. The objective is to benefit municipal housing, through works adapted to each need, previously identified in the households, improving housing quality”.
The municipality of Matosinhos is refurbishing around 1000 homes throughout its Housing Park.
