The Matosinhos Sports and Congress Center hosted the final of the competition
The Centro de Desportos e Congressos de Matosinhos hosted yesterday the final of the Portuguese Handball Cup that crowned, in Matosinhos, the Sporting team as champion against FCPorto with the result 35-36.
A close game that filled the Matosinhenses stands with fans and fans of the sport and both emblems.
Attending the game were Luísa Salgueiro, Mayor, who participated in the delivery of the trophy, Carlos Mouta, Vice-President, Miguel Laranjeiro, President of the Portuguese Handball Federation, Vasco Pinho, Councilor for Sports of the Municipality, Leonardo Fernandes, President of the Union of Parishes of S. Mamede de Infesta and Senhora da Hora, Vítor Dias, North Director of the Portuguese Institute of Sports and Youth (IPDJ), Paulo Martins, President A.A. do Porto, and Henrique Calisto, Executive Director of Matosinhos Sport.
