Edition 2022 returns with many activities,
and new moments of animation!
The Parish Council of Matosinhos and Leça da Palmeira starts, today, the registration for the 2022 Summer Vacation Camp. After a period of interregnum, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the municipality reopens its Summer Holiday Camp, so that children and young people from Matosinhos and Leça da Palmeira can enjoy a project that is much cherished by the community.
“Being able to announce the registration for the 2022 Summer Holiday Camp is for us a moment of great joy. We know what this project represents for countless parents and especially for the children of Matosinhos and Leça da Palmeira. This year, we will finally be able to count on the magic of the Parish Council's Summer Holiday Camp”, said Paulo Carvalho, President of the Junta.
Registration runs until 27 May and can be done online or, through face-to-face service, which should be done at the Offices of Social Action of the Parish Council (Matosinhos and Leça da Palmeira).
“We will have many of the activities already known, however, we will also, in this edition, we add new activities that we believe will be a success with children and young people. In addition, we will also visit some of the best theme parks in the North Zone and still give gifts to the participants with some surprises, concluded the Chairman of the Board.
The Summer Holiday Camp runs from the 4th to the 29th of July.
