There is another Half Marathon to run in May

In spring, there are many reasons for citizens to get out of their houses and enjoy the good weather, especially to exercise

Runners in particular will be able to do so next May, in the 4th edition of the Goldenergy Matosinhos Mar de Desporto Half Marathon.

The event will take to the road on the 7th and includes a distance of 21 kilometres, which will pass by the Boa Nova Lighthouse, the Ponte Móvel and the Leça da Palmeira waterfront, reads the official Runporto page, promoter of the initiative.

The programme also includes a Mini Marathon, of 7 kilometres, which invites the whole family to take part.

The race is scheduled for 9am on Avenida da Liberdade, near the Boa Nova Lighthouse.
