A woman, aged 64, was found dead at home, in Leça do Balio, Matosinhos, late this Monday afternoon, February 27
Previously it had been reported that the woman would be with signs of violence, but it was recently confirmed that there is no suspicion of foul play. To Porto Canal, the Judicial Police said that the 64-year-old woman died of natural causes.
The body was found by a friend of the victim who called the police. According to 'Jornal de NotÃcias', the 64-year-old woman's son, who lives in Luxembourg, wondered why his mother was not answering the phone and asked his friend to go check if everything was okay.
The alert was given by 18h20 this Monday and the site were triggered the PSP and the Judicial Police.
